Even though the contractor is accountable for constructing in compliance with the plans and specifications, the supervision team has a duty to ensure that the construction adheres to those plans and specifications. Furthermore, the team is responsible for overseeing that the main contractor's approach and program are suitable and precisely executed in compliance to the construction contract agreement.
